The success of the RPYO program depends upon:

• Dedicated students who attend all rehearsals well-prepared and focused.

• The committed involvement of parent volunteers. Families are expected to participate as volunteers in the activities and fund-raising projects that support the RPYO and enrich the students’ musical and social experiences. This includes serving on committees and working at the RPYO Boutique.

• The timely payment of RPYO dues and other financial obligations.

• The coordination of student and family commitments so as to avoid conflict with RPYO rehearsals and concerts.

RPYO Costs
Audition application fee: $ 15
Current RPYO dues: $370

The $370 dues include the Fall Weekend Retreat, an RPYO T-shirt, a group photograph, and a season CD.

In addition, RPYO members are required to take part in Tours and other orchestra events, which may have an additional cost.

Financial Aid
The RPYO has a small financial aid fund to assist a few qualified families with dues costs. Information about this fund is available upon request from the RPYO Manager.

RPYO Board representative
